- Cleared within 12 hours. Every visit is completed within 12 hours of the snowfall ending — the guarantee on every plan.
- In writing before you pay. Your plan, trigger depth and price are set out in a service agreement first. The price on this site is the price on your invoice.
- Free in-person estimate. We come and look at your driveway and walkway before you decide — no obligation, no pressure.
- Scraped, not chopped. On Complete and Premium, ice is scraped carefully — we respect your property — and vehicles are only cleared when you ask.

Snow plans are only part of the year: spring cleanup from $50, lawn mowing from $40, fall cleanup from $50 — plus aeration, landscaping, mulch beds, paving stone walkways and fencing with a free custom quote. Mulch beds — new beds & top-ups; we supply all materials, you pick the mulch. Paving stone walkways — new installs, repairs & releveling; we supply all materials, you pick the stone. Fencing — wooden & chain-link fence installation and gate repairs; we supply everything, you pick the style.
